Pay taxes for three years, during the recession, for nothing. What would Patrick Henry do? I'm beginning to believe that his was the only way out, and ours will be similar.

Re: Security in God

By the way, How's Dianne?

Re: Security in God

Thanks Michael. An air of entitlement has given a great many people an attitude that they are owed something by society. God help us when they are finally the majority. We're choosing sides here, and it's never been clearer the road to freedom and the road to serfdom (apologies to Hayel). As for the client, I usually with good humor offer to help achieve any progressive's ends, if only the person would allow me to borrow his credit card. I'll show him how compassionate and progressive I can be. It's usually met with blank stares, or a glimmer of doubt and recognition.

Re: God is in the Big Things, God is in the Small Things

The first time I saw this, BLEW ME AWAY !!!! Forgiveness may be hard to undertake, but we don't have an option... Jesus forgave us even un unforgivable situations... May God give us a heart to forgive... That's the position of President Obama and of many congressional Democrats. In addition, another 10 percent of doctors say they favor a public option only; they'd like to see a single-payer health care system. Together, the two groups add up to 73 percent."link: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?st...
