I can so relate! I think my medicine cabinet is just as bad. The sad thing is that each and every cold I get is different, so what worked last time won't work the next. Grrr!

I think I have all of those in my medicine cabinet! I just found an old pack of Aleve Sinus and Headache last night. That's the only thing that works for me. I was up at 4 this morning with the worst of sinus trouble... a couple Aleve and a Tylenol PM and I was out till 10. Woke up better than ever. It could be the "extended release" too... supposed to last 12 hours. I'm sure you care.

Check the active ingredients - there are only about four that are actually used in all of those. Excepting Spam, of course.
Just get the one with the most chemical for your dollar. Usually the Theraflu knockoff at Eckerd's.

Then double the dose, and knock it back with scotch.

When (if) you wake up, you're cured.
